There was no built-in system for stress evaluation, limited automation for communication, and no structured inner pages to support different user needs. For a coaching platform focused on emotional well-being, this created friction and missed opportunities for connection.

The challenge was to build a calm, intuitive, and automated digital foundation that blended empathy with technology, allowing educators to feel supported while the business operated efficiently behind the scenes.

We fully redesigned and rebuilt the website using GoHighLevel, creating a clean, structured platform designed specifically for stressed and overwhelmed educators.

We developed multiple inner pages to improve clarity, flow, and content organization, ensuring users could easily navigate the site without feeling overwhelmed. A dedicated Contact Us page was designed and developed to feel approachable, supportive, and easy to engage with.

A key feature of the project was integrating a stress-level questionnaire using ScoreApp. This interactive assessment allows users to answer targeted questions and instantly view their stress score, creating awareness while capturing meaningful user data.

Most importantly, we implemented a robust automation system. Using GoHighLevel, we developed automated email workflows triggered by user behavior, such as completing the assessment or submitting forms, ensuring timely, relevant communication without manual intervention.
