  • Avoid future charges immediately

2. Project-Based Work

Refunds for project-based work are considered only if:

  • No work has been started

  • No hours have been consumed

  • No assets, designs, or builds have been delivered

If the team has already started working, refunds are not applicable.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment or system error occurs, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
